Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy Please read this Cancellation Policy ("Policy") carefully before engaging in any services or making any reservations with Xerox Machines Repair Co.Ph. This Policy sets forth the terms and conditions governing cancellations of services or bookings. 1. Cancellation Requests If you need to cancel a service or booking, you must submit a cancellation request to Xerox Machines Repair Co.Ph in writing, via email, or through the designated cancellation process provided by the Company. The cancellation request should include the relevant details, such as the reservation or service reference number, the date of the reservation, and the reason for cancellation. 2. Cancellation Charges and Refunds a. Cancellation Period: The cancellation period refers to the time frame within which a cancellation request must be submitted to qualify for any potential refunds or avoid cancellation charges. The specific cancellation period will be communicated to you at the time of booking or in the service agreement. b. Cancellation Charges: In the event of a cancellation, Xerox Machines Repair Co.Ph reserves the right to apply cancellation charges based on the timing of the cancellation request and the nature of the service or booking. These charges may include administrative fees, penalties, or a percentage of the total service or booking cost. c. Refunds: Refunds, if applicable, will be processed in accordance with the Company's refund policy. The refund amount, if any, will depend on factors such as the timing of the cancellation request and any applicable cancellation charges. The Company will make reasonable efforts to process refunds in a timely manner, but processing times may vary depending on the payment method and other factors. 3. Modification or Cancellation by the Company Xerox Machines Repair Co.Ph reserves the right to modify or cancel services or bookings due to unforeseen circumstances, insufficient demand, or other reasons beyond its control. In such cases, the Company will make reasonable efforts to provide notice as soon as possible and offer alternative arrangements or a full refund, unless the Force Majeure clause is applicable. 5. Non-Refundable Services or Bookings Certain services or bookings may be designated as non-refundable or subject to specific cancellation policies at the time of booking or in the service agreement. In such cases, cancellation requests will not be eligible for refunds, and any applicable cancellation charges will still apply. 6. No-Show Policy Failure to show up for a scheduled service or booking without prior cancellation notice may result in forfeiture of the reservation, service, or payment made, and no refunds will be issued. 7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction This Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of The Philippines. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Philippines. 8. Entire Agreement This Policy constitutes the entire agreement between the parties concerning cancellations and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications, agreements, and understandings, whether oral or written. By engaging in services or making any reservations with Xerox Machines Repair Co.Ph, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this Cancellation Policy.
